Villa Matarazzo is situated on one of the Marche hills overlooking the Adriatic Coast and facing Paolo and Francesca Castle in Gradara Property of Earl Matarazzo, it has recently benn purchased by TeamSystem Group. After over five years refurbidhing, that included both the building and the park, the villa has been turned to a Hotel and to a Multifunction Conference Center.
Different building form the complex: the Casa Padronale, the Casa Farneto and the casetta Rossa, linked by internal paths paved with luserna stone. Furnishing have been deisgned and made by frau, a leading company in its sector.
